Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
A: We've got a very simple shipping policy. You pay actual postage fees based on the total weight of your order plus a single $1.00 packaging fee.
Q: Once I place an order, how long before it will ship?
A: We ship most orders out by next business day, and many orders ship out the same day if place by 9:00am PST.
Q: Your prices on some items are extremely low, are all of the products authentic?
A: Yes, we do purchase our products directly from the manufacturers. Nothing on this website is a replica, imitation, counterfeit or other type of copy product.
Q: I've checked the tracking number on my order through the USPS website, but there is no record of the item. Why?
A: We email the delivery confirmation number (or customs number on international orders) as soon as the order ships. It may take as long as several days before the post office actually scans the label and updates the website. Don't worry, your order is on it's way.
Q: I've been waiting a long time for my package and it hasn't arrived yet. How can I find out what the status is?
