Refund Policy
Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt if we have made an error on your order. We will correct the situation in the most appropriate manner for you (replacement, partial or full refund). For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on makeup or skincare items. There are no returns on Webkinz toys.
